Absolutely Fantastic Tour

"This was truly a fantastic tour. Our guide, Gavin, was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He met us where we were having breakfast, headed to the Changing of the Guard, and were able to secure a front row spot. It made all the difference to have the inside track and the knowledge of the perfect place to be to see the inspection and we were so close they walked right in front of us...literally a foot away. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to use Gavin again."

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client.

Full days are generally up to 8 hours. Half days are up to 4 hours. Morning tours must finish by 1pm. Afternoon tours to start no earlier than 2pm.

Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer or Square Up which incurs up to a 3% administration fee.

More than 14 days: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)

8 -14 days: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)

4 - 7 days: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)

Less than 4 days: No refund

Please be aware, if tickets to sites or transportation costs are included in the invoice, their refund policies will be different to my own.
Refunds will not be made for any tours cancelled by clients because of conditions prevailing outside the UK or as a result of cancelled/rescheduled/delayed flights or hotel bookings. Such refunds should be covered by the clients’ travel insurance.

Insurance

Although Gavin is covered by ITG insurance for the duration of the tour, clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own Travel Insurance.
